PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a beauty making and health food which has various beauty making and health effects, such as amelioration of rough dry skin and fine wrinkles, and has excellent safety by incorporating specific complex mucopolysaccharides and nucleic acid into this food. SOLUTION: This food contains (A) complex mucopolysaccharides contg. hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate and collagen and (B) nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) and further preferably contains (C) docosahexaenoic acid. The intake per day is preferably 5 to 100mg hyraluronic acid, 50 to 500mg chondroitin sulfate, 50 to 500mg collagen, 30 to 300mg DNA and RNA and 300 to 750mg docosahexaenoic acid. |
