PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove effectively insoluble matter by making cadmium insoluble while marine waste is reused by a method wherein after crushing marine waste containing cadmium, it is brought in contact with an aqueous solution of a sulfide treating agent having an activating sulfur agent as a main constituent, and deposited cadmium sulfide insoluble in water is recovered. SOLUTION: In the case where cadmium flowing out in ocean as industrial waste or the like is contained in marine waste, when cadmium is treated by making it insoluble from the marine waste, after crushing the marine waste, it is bright in contact with an aqueous solution of a sulfide treating agent having an activating sulfur agent as a main constituent, and deposited cadmium sulfide insoluble in water is recovered. The marine waste is crushed so as to be capable of coming in sufficient contact with aqueous solution of the sulfide treating agent, and it is practically, in a ground meat stage, ground. After dipping the ground marine waste in the aqueous solution of the sullied treating agent, in soluble matter is adopted. Thereafter, the insoluble matter is washed with water, cadmium surfide insoluble in water is removed, and reused as raw materials for fertilizer and feed. |
