PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient cooling and to generate a high heat by a method wherein a solar cell element is attached to a heat collection medium, a cooling heat collection part to effect cooling and heat collection is arranged, and a heat collection temperature increasing part to effect heat collection mainly by a medium is produced on the outlet side of the medium. SOLUTION: A solar energy converting device comprises a body 1; a heat storage water tank 2; a pump 4; thermometers 5 and 6, and a control device 3, and a multicrystal silicone solar cell element 12 is mounted on a heat collection part 11. In this case, the solar cell element 12 is attached on the inlet side of the heat collection medium to form a cooling heat collection part 111, and the outlet side forms a heat collection temperature increase part 112. Further, capacity of water at the heat collection part 111 is designed to be higher than capacity of water at the temperature increase part 112. Further, the control device 3 operates the pump 4 when the measurements of the thermometer 5 exceed an initial set temperature T1 , the pump 4 is operated, and when the measurements of the thermometer 6 are below an initial set temperature T2 , the pump 4 is stopped. The temperature T1 is set to temperature lower than temperature T2 in a range to sufficiently produce the cooling effect of the solar cell element 12. This constitution adapts the solar energy converting device for various roof structure through simple construction. |
