<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production workability and durability by using a aq. mixture dispersion of long-chain aliphat. carboxylate and long-chain alkyl sulfonate for an adhesion preventive agent and immersing unvulcanized rubber compsn. plugs into this liquid, then vulcanizing and molding these plugs. SOLUTION: A center 1a is molded of the vulcanized molding of the rubber compsn. mainly composed of rubber, such as butadiene. Namely, the rubber compsn. for the center is extruded like a rod by an extruder and is cut to the size of the center 1a, by which the plugs are formed. The plugs are immersed into the aq. dispersion of the mixture composed of the long-chain aliphat. carboxylate and the long-chain alkyl sulfonate to prevent the joining of the plugs to each other. The plugs are then subjected to drying, vulcanizing and surface polishing. A core 1 is formed of the center 1a from which the adhesion preventive component of the surface is removed and the intermediate layer 1b. The core is coated with a cover 2. The solid golf ball having the vulcanized molding of the rubber compsn. in at least part thereof is obtd. As a result, the golf balls are produced with good operability and the durability of the ball is improved as well.</p> |
