MANUFACTURE OF HEAT INSULATION PROFILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat insulation profile in which a subject of taking labor hour for setting resin plates at respective members is solved by ensuring a storage space for inventory preparing the plates matching to respective standard lengths of the profiles to be manufactured. SOLUTION: Since a lengthy resin plate 2 is wound in a tapelike or spool-like state on a coil drum 4 and stored, operations of engaging the plate 2 with and connecting it to a standard length member 1 by a resin inserting unit 3, and cutting it at a predetermined position by a resin cutter 5 are repeated to continue production of the profiles. Hence, a storage space of the plates is reduced and operability is improved.
