PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain resin composite minute particle containing a diazo compound and diazo type thermosensible material with good pressure resistivity. SOLUTION: A solute containing a diazo compound is dissolved in a solvent consisting of polymer forming material containing a multivalent isocyanate compound and, as required, an organic solvent having a foiling point of 100 deg.C or lower, and a solution obtained is emulsion dispersed in water, and then the emulsion dispersed liquid is heated as required to volatilization remove the organic solvent before being given to a polymeric reaction of the polymer forming material, thus preparing composite minute particles with a diazo compound contained in the base material of polyurea or polyurethane-polyurea resin, so that thermosensible recording material is obtained having on the carrier a thermosensible coloring layer containing a coupling component to color the diazo compound-containing composite minute particles and the diazo compound in reaction with them under heating. |
