PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifier capable of sufficiently ensuring the length of a hollow fiber membrane case in the longitudinal direction thereof without enlarging a housing to a necessary size or more to ensure sufficient passage between the bottom plate of the hollow fiber membrane case and the bottom plate of the housing. SOLUTION: A bottomed cylindrical case 43 is housed and arranged in a hollow housing 21 so that a gap is formed not only between the inner surface of the sidewall of the housing and the outer surface of the sidewall of a hollow fiber membrane case but also between the upper surface of the bottom plate 29a of the housing and the rear surface of the bottom plate 43a of the hollow fiber membrane case and the internal space of the housing is partition into the first filter chamber outside the hollow fiber membrane case and the second filter chamber inside the hollow fiber membrane case by the hollow fiber membrane case and the communication hole 43b is formed to the bottom plate of the hollow fiber membrane case and the first and second filter chambers are allowed to communicate with each other by this communication hole and the respective opposed parts of the bottom plate of the housing and the bottom plate of the hollow fiber membrane case are curved in a spherical shape almost the same in curvature. |
