PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burglary prevention device which is easy to use. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an always closed shift lock relay switch 7 installed on a shift lock circuit 12 for connecting a brake switch 10 with a shift lock control unit 11, an always closed starter relay switch 6 installed on a starter circuit 9, a burglary prevention switch 1 installed on the way of a burglary prevention circuit 2 connected to an ignition switch and an always opened burglary prevention relay switch 4 installed in series in the earth side of the burglar prevention switch 1. The magnetization coil 4b of the burglary prevention relay switch 4 is magnetized by a parking signal and the magnetization coil 6b of the starter relay switch 6 is connected so as to be magnetized when the burglary prevention switch 1 is closed and the magnetization coil of the shift lock relay switch 7 is connected so as to be magnetized, when the burglary prevention switch 1 is closed and also the burglary orevention relay switch 4 is closed.
