PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacture of a preservable food capable of preventing the generation of rice insects and molds, performing preservation for a long period of time and performing the various eating methods of restoring it with hot water and frying it in oil. SOLUTION: Rice is milled to be polished for about 70%. The milled rice is washed and then cooked to obtain a cooked rice. The cooked rice is stretched to the thickness of 1-3cm and spread. It is dried by blowing the hot air of 20-40 deg.C by a hot air drier. |
