PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary container for smoked meat and a compression molding method capable of performing mass production without using force, uniformizing the thickness of meat and reducing waste. SOLUTION: This container for the smoked meat is constituted of a container main body composed by being formed into a box shape, piercing holes 2a1 for passing through heat on a bottom plate 2a, successively providing slightly larger holes on side plates in four directions, projectingly providing a projected reinforcing plate 2b for reinforcing on a bottom surface and providing a locking frame 2d on an upper outer periphery and a container lid for which the side plates for which the outer periphery of an upper plate is bent downwards are provided in the three directions, a stopper is screwed to the side plate in a longitudinal direction, a locking piece is formed at the opposite position of the side plate in the longitudinal direction, holes for passing through the heat are pierced on the surface of the upper plate and the projected reinforcing plate for reinforcing is projectingly provided. In the compression molding method, the locking piece of the container lid is hooked to the locking frame 2d of the container main body 2, the container for the smoked meat is placed on the base of a compression device, a pressure plate is lowered by pressing an operation switch, the container lid is pressurized as it is and the meat in the container for the smoked meat is molded in required size. |
