PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically obtain a cushioning material which can be recycled, incinerated and reduced in the soil after use and which is excellent in environmental protection by using fiber standing in a specific angle with respect to a load direction utilizing elasticity in a direction of fiber in a cushioning material using natural fiber. SOLUTION: Although natural fiber 1 may include coconut fiber, hemp palm fiber, straws, etc., as vegetable fiber and pig fur, horse fur, sheep fur, etc., as animal fiber, the coconut fiber is used to form a cushioning material 10 provided inside and outside domestic electric appliance from a viewpoint of fiber strength and ability in securing materials for inexpensive mass production. The cushioning material 10 utilizes for example elasticity of the fiber, using the fiber standing with respect to a load direction. In this case, the cushioning material 10 comprises a bundle of natural fiber 1 with upper and lower ends bundled by a bundling tie 2. Cushioning performance is appropriately arranged according to application with used fiber selected according to a cushioning coefficient for each material and compression characteristics with a receive area and thickness while difficulty in bending or the like due to fiber density, friction or the like is considered. |
