PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain the subject foam, having a high bulk density and a medium compressive strength and capable of continuously increasing the compressive strength with increasing compression without increasing the residual deformation by carrying out the reaction using polyether polyol components having different functionalities. SOLUTION: This flexible polyurethane foam is obtained by reacting (A) a polyisocyanate or its prepolymer with (B) in isocyanate reactive component containing (B1 ) a polyther polyol, having 2.5-6 functionality and containing >=75wt.% propylene oxide (PO) in an ethylene oxide (EO)/PO chain, (B2 ) a polyether polyl, having 1.8-2.5 functionality and containing >=75wt.% PO in the EO/PO chain and (B3 ) a polyether polyl, having 1.8-6.0 functionality and containing >=50wt.% EO in the EO/PO chain and (C) water, For example, the amounts of the components in the component B are 15-70wt.% component B1 , 30-80wt.% component B2 and 3-15wt.% component B3 when the total amount of the components B1 , B2 and B3 is 100wt.%. |
