FIELD: chemical industry; processing and winding of chemical fiber and threads. SUBSTANCE: device has drive mechanism 1 and several winding heads 2 with corresponding slip clutches 3 connected by common mechanical transmission 4. Drive mechanism 1 has speed control 5, programmer 6 mechanically coupled with electric motor 7, and thread winding tension program setter 8. Input 9 of speed control 5 is coupled with output of programmer 6, and input of programmer is coupled with output of thread winding tension program setter 8. Thread winding tension program setter 8 can be made in form of shaped cam installed on shaft 10 of programmer 6 to engage with rotor 12 of selsyn 13 through lever 11, electric output 14 of selsyn being coupled with input 9 of speed control 5. EFFECT: improved quality of thread winding owing to provision of program control of thread tension on all winders. 2 cl, 1 dwgm
