SUBSTANCE: derivatives of cyclodextrine have formula where n=4,5,6, each of R1-R9 is independently O or O-(C2-6-alkylene)--SO-@3 and at least one of R1 and R2 is independently mentioned above O-(C2-6-alkylene)-SO-@3 group and S1-S9 independently are pharmaceutically acceptable cations. Said derivatives comprise C2-6-sulfoalkyl groups, their quantity being from 1 to (3n+6) per each molecule of cyclodextrine; content of underivated cyclodextrine being more than 5 mass % and less than 50 mass %. Clatrate complex of cyclodextrine with medicinal and pharmaceutical composition on its base are also proposed. Said composition may be used orally.
