<p>The device has plate-shaped seals connected together via a tubular carrier of holed plate into which a gas feed opens. The tubular carrier (8) consists of two layers (22,23) of holed plate and at least one layer (24) of wire mesh between them. The layers of holed plate have holes with a dia. of 0.1 to 2 mm., esp. 1 mm. The mesh width of the wire mesh layer is between 20 and 150 microns, esp. 50 microns.</p> |
