PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a strain of a pattern present via a transparent boot body by laminating a thick design piece on a surface of an inner liner brought into close contact with a surface of a last formed in a foot shape, then matching the last to a mold, and injecting transparent resin in a cavity formed in the mold. SOLUTION: A last (c) is covered with a smaller inner liner 2 sewed substantially in a sock state to a wearing port part while extending the liner 2, and entirely brought into close contact with the liner 2. An arbitrary position on a surface of the last (c) covered with the liner 2, i.e., a side of an upper part of the body 1 in this case, is laminated with a design piece 3. The last (c) covered with the liner 2 is matched to a mold (b) split at molding parts. Transparent resin of molten state is injected in a cavity b' formed in the mold (b), and heated at a predetermined temperature at a predetermined pressure for a predetermined time, and hence the body 1 is molded in the cavity b'. After the predetermined time, the mold (b) and the last (c) are separated, and a boot is removed. |
