PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously satisfy oil resistance against organic solvent, especially fuel oil and mechanical strength and impact resistance against a load at the time of being buried under the ground by laminating an internal layer containing an oil resistant coat inside an external layer comprising polynorbornene containing resin. SOLUTION: An external layer 4 comprising polynorbornene containing resin is formed by reactive injection molding, and primer is applied inside the external layer 4 to form a primer coat 6. Then oil resistant resin is applied inside the primer coat 6 to form an oil resistant coat 7, and further protection resin for protecting the oil resistant coat 7 is applied inside the coat 7 to form a protective film 8. Unsaturated polyester containing adhesive which is excellent in adhesion with the polynorbornene containing resin is preferable as the primer coat 6, while unsaturated polyester resin is preferable as the oil resistant coat 7. In addition, urethane and silicone may be used as the protective film 8. |
