PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of cut burr in the case of cutting by molding a plurality of slide plug elements integrally with a base plate on a common elastic base plate, respectively inserting them into cylindrical parts of dies, inserting punches into the parts, and separating the elements from the common plate. SOLUTION: Many slide plug elements 10' for syringes are formed in alignment in a matrix state integrally with a common elastic base plate 11 on the plate 11. Many cylindrical parts 21 and recesses 22 between the parts 21 are formed corresponding to positions of the elements 10' at a die 20 for punching the elements 10' from the plate 11. The elements 10' integral with the plate 11 are respectively inserted into the parts 21 of the die 10. A stripper plate 40 is moved down, and the plate 11 is sandwiched between retaining parts 42 and the upper ends of the parts 21. Then a punch 30 is moved down so that annular cutters 31 enter inside the parts 21 to cut the elements 10' from the plate 11. |
