PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the production yield by preventing sticking among ceramic compacts caused when the compacts are sintered while being stacked in plural stages by forming recesses and/or penetrating holes on at least one principal surface of a ceramic sintering jig. SOLUTION: After a ceramic powder having the same compsn. as that of a ceramic sintered body is calcined and pulverized, the powder is mixed with a binder, plasticizer and dispersion medium and compacted into a sheet, punched into a specified shape and sintered to obtain a ceramic sintered body. Recesses and/or penetrating holes are formed on at least one principal surface of the obtd. ceramic sintered body to obtain ceramic sintering jigs 31 to 3n . The sintering jigs 31 to 3n are superimposed alternately with ceramic compacts 41 to 4n then stacked in plural stages as they are and sintered integrally to obtain ceramic sintered bodies. The obtd. ceramic sintered body is separated from the ceramic sintering jigs 31 to 3n . Thereby, the warpage of the ceramic sintered body can be prevented. |
