PROJECTION DATA CORRECTION METHOD AND X-RAY CT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable restricting of streak artifact without raising the irradiation of X rays. SOLUTION: A high frequency component of a projection data for calibration obtained by scanning a phantom with an X-ray CT apparatus is taken out to generate a reference high frequency component data E(i) beforehand. A high frequency component of a projection data proj(i) obtained by scanning a specimen with the X-ray CT apparatus is taken out to generate a high frequency component dataδ(i) (M2). When the high frequency component dataδ(i) is departed exceeding a specified range from the reference high frequency component data E(i) (M5), the projection data proj(i) is corrected based on the high frequency component dataδ(i) (M8).
