PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness clip structure for use in an automatic transmission, capable of ensuring sufficient supporting rigidity of its thermally insulating plate member with a reduced number of component parts while considering its fitting and radiation efficiency in spite of being manufactured at reduced costs. SOLUTION: A harness clip 16 is integrally formed at its front wall with a front support leg 17 which extends downward therefrom for supporting a thermally insulating plate member 11. The front support leg 17 has a plate part 17a of a predetermined width extending vertically along the front wall. The harness clip 16 is also integrally formed at its left wall 16c with a rear support leg 18 for supporting the thermally insulating plate member 11 by the integral press molding of one metal plate. The rear support leg 18 is formed at a substantially symmetrical position to the front support leg 17 and has a plate part 18a of a predetermined width extending vertically along the left wall 16c.
