<p>A mold (8) has a steam vent portion at its insulation portion. The pressure of the outside of this mold (8) is reduced and heating is carried out while the steam generated by heating is discharged from the steam vent portion. This method can prevent breakdown resulting from dewing of large quantities of the steam occurring from the raw materials during heat-molding of a biologically decomposable molded article made of starch by electric heating or induction heating.</p> |
