The cross movement mechanism may consist of track chains, rollers (3) lamella movement mechanism or other types. The mechanisms are raisable and lowerable by at least one telescopic arm, shear grid or similar and in the lowered position additional weight transmission devices are installed between the vehicle frame and the cross movement mechanism. The cross movement mechanism can have its own drive source (9), or none at all. It can be driven by customary wheels (1) which are turnable by approximately 90 deg , for which cardan shafts, gearwheels, tenders or similar are used. The cross movement mechanisms do not have to be connected permanently with the vehicle frame, but can move in and out of it flexibly.
