BOTTOM-HOLE HYDRAULIC MOTOR

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this motor is intended for drilling bore-holes. It has turbine sections, gyratory screw mechanism with stator secured in body and eccentrically located rotor with splittable torsion bar. Located in upper part of gyratory mechanism is thrust unit which is made in the form of disk-shaped strip with holes in its peripheral part and with sleeve in center. Sleeve accommodates ball for periodic interaction with step-bearing. Inner diameter of sleeve, outer diameter of step-bearing and diameter of ball are characterized by definite relations. Clearance between ball and sleeve bottom is equal to maximal permissible play in axial support unit. This embodiment improves reliability and interchangeability of components.
