FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has head made as a whole with bearing strip and body. The bearing strip has at least three holes. The body is composed of at least three threaded straight rods engageable to the bearing platform for fixing it by means of screws. The method involves dissecting and separating mucoperiosteal grafts, forming canals for introducing rods under given angles, introducing at least three threaded straight with temporary closed internal rods, taking molds from mandibular bone at the place of their introduction for manufacturing bearing strip with openings, implanting rods under optimum conditions during 3-6 months. Then repeated dissection and separating mucoperiosteal grafts, at the place of rod implantation, opening internal canals of the threaded rods and fixing the bearing strip to the rods are carried out. The bearing strip is attached to the rods by means of screws. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 cl, 2 dwgr
