FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of hydrated oil and phospholipids isolated from vegetable oil under hydration. Invention aims at increasing quality of products owing to intensification of processes in separate line units and to close interaction of peculiar structural features of these units. For that, the line including mixer, coagulator-exposer, settler consisting of inlet and outlet manifolds and separating members, drying apparatus for dehydrated oil and drying installation for producing vegetable phospholipids, is modified as follows. Above-indicated mixer is a stator with coil exciting rotating electromagnetic field enclosing rotor. Stator and rotor are inserted into cartridges of magnetically permissible material, clearance between stator and rotor being 0.2-2 mm. Stator and rotor are arranged in such a way that power lines of rotating electromagnetic field intersect annular gap. Coagulator- exposer is made in such a manner that its cap and bottom are spherically shaped. Ratio of diameter of cylindrical casing to its height is 1:(2-3) and volume of casing ranges from 1 to 4 cu.m. Separating members of settler constitute a set of plates arranged parallel to each other separated by distances 5 to 50 mm and at 30-60 deg. to horizon. The line additionally contains magnet-treatment apparatuses installed before coagulator-exposer, drying apparatus and drying installation and which are coil-type apparatuses consisting of cylindrical casing with coils exciting constant magnetic field and core mounted inside casing. Core and casing are disposed with respect to each other such as to form above-mentioned annular gap. EFFECT: improved quality of products. 4 cl, 4 dwg , 1 tbl.
