DEVICE FOR FORMING OF FILLED SHAPED PRODUCTS

FIELD: processing of filled polymeric materials, applicable in various branches of national economy in manufacture of shaped products. SUBSTANCE: in device for broach forming of filled shaped products forming assembly is furnished at least with two distributors - fixing arms made in form of a perforated plate and installed before working die. Area of perforation of distributors - fixing arms is increased in direction from working die. Perforations of plate located on side of working die in joined form have a configuration equidistant to shape of cross- section of product being formed. Besides, forming assembly includes three distributors- fixing arms installed at distances of 80 to 120 mm, 200 to 300 mm and 300 to 400 mm from working die. Relation between total areas of perforations of mentioned distributors-fixing arms and area of product being formed equals 1.02-1.07; 1.08-1.13 and 1.15-1.25 respectively. Distributors-fixing arms have at least two zones with perforations to feed various elements of product. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 10 dwgt
