摘要 The method is carried out using a dialysis unit with a semipermeable exchange diaphragm. The dialysance (DA,DB,DC) and the blood input concn. (cbiA,cbiB,cbiC) are determined with three different settings of the full blood flow (QvbA,QvbB,QcbC) or the dialysis liquid flow (QdA,QdB,QdC) (corresp. equation 8A, 8B, 8C or 9A, 9B, 9C). The ratio of the flow with the second and the third setting (B,C) is respectively computed compared to the flow with the output setting (A). In addition also the ratio of the associated effective blood flow is computed (corresp. equations 13, 14, 15). So that across the selected equations for the dialysance (corresp. equation 1) in conjunction with the mass balance projection (corresp. equations 10-12), the absolute values for the effective blood flow, with which three settings (QbA, QbB, QbC) and from these are determined the watery blood part.
