INFORMATION SELLING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to occasionally select and purchase only his desired one of various types of information as his own property by making an information vendor accumulate the information received from the information suppliers in a data bank as the digital data and then select and sell the desired information out of the data bank by writing it in a storage medium. SOLUTION: A data bank 1 accumulates the information received from the information suppliers as the digital data. Then a user operates an information select button of an information vendor 2 which is connected to the bank 1 via a circuit 3 to show the information contained in the bank 1 on a display. When the user decides his desired information and supplies a prescribed amount of money, the control part of the vendor 2 requests the bank 1 to deliver the digital data on the selected information. Thus, the bank 1 delivers the requested digital data to the control part via the circuit 3. The control part writes the digital data received from the bank 1 in a storage medium and then sells the data.
