PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely facilitate a work to confirm whether fold groove, formed in a female temperate for blanking, and the fold mold of a male mold are matches with each other or not matched therebetween by a method wherein a transparent or translucent film with a given thickness is laminated on one surface of a base plate and a transparent or translucent separate paper sheet is mounted on the film surface for covering. SOLUTION: A transparent or translucent film 3 is adhered to a base plate 1 thgrupugh an adhesive layer. The film 3 is thin in approximate 10-70μthin and a transparent or translucent separate paper sheet 5 is mounted on the surface thereof through the adhesive layer 4. When a fold groove 6 reaching the film 3 is formed in the base plate 1, there in a fear of brake occurring but to prevent the occurrence of breaking, tapes 7 are laminated on both sides of the fold groove 6 or filling with a transparent curable resin 8 is effected, At a stage before transfer to a cutting plate is effected, a female mold plate for blanking forms the fold groove 6 until fold groove reaches the film 3, and matching and non-matching between the fold groove 6 and the fold mold of a male mold is simply recognized through fluoroscopy without peeling the separate paper sheet 5.
