PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure a visual field of an operator by arranging a perfusion tube along the inside of a pair of arms in dipolar electric coagulating- incising tweezers, and arranging a groove-shaped passage as a perfusate guiding means between an opening part of this perfusion tube and dipolar electric coagulating/incising parts on the arm tips of the tweezers. SOLUTION: Arms 2 and 3 of tweezers 1 have dipolar electric coagulating/ incising parts (hereinafter referred to as incising parts) 9 and 10 on the arm tips, and have grip parts 4 and 5 in an intermediate part. In the respective arms 2 and 3, surface parts 2a and 3a are coated with an electric insulating material except for the incising parts 9 and 10, and are joined together in a mutually insulated condition in a housing part 8 to which respective electrodes 6 and 7 are connected. A groove 11 is also arranged up to the rear of the grip parts 4 and 5 from the vicinity of the incising parts 9 and 10 on an inside surface of the respective arms 2 and 3, and a perfusion tube 12 is embedded along this groove 11, and the rear end of the perfusion tube 12 is connected to a perfusate connecting port. A perfusate guiding groove-shaped passage is arranged up to an opening part of the perfusion tube 12 from the tail end of the incising parts 9 and 10. |
