PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a video conference smoothly while securing ciphering performance of information. SOLUTION: An opening 10a acting as a peeping window is provided to a front side of a head gear 10 that covers a face and a head and has a sound shield performance so that a spoken voice is not leaked externally, and the head gear 10 incorporates a microphone 18 to deliver its own spoken voice to conference participants and a speaker 16 to hear voice of the conference participants and each participant takes part in a video conference while wearing the head gear 10. |
