PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an optical fiber gyro without using a coupler by providing an optical system having an integral structure having a single base and a plurality of beam splitters installed thereto. SOLUTION: This optical fiber gyro has a base 10, one light source 101 installed to the front end part thereof, three light receivers 102A, 102B, 102C installed to the upper surface 10A of the base 10, and three beam splitters 12A, 12B, 12C. Optical fiber loops 103A, 103B, 103C are connected to the end parts of three light integrating circuits 100A, 100B, 100C, respectively. A light source monitoring light receiver 102D monitors the light from the light source 101 and generates a specified signal when the output light of the light source 101 is changed. The one light source 101, the three light receivers 102A, 102B, 102C, the three beam splitters 12A, 12B, 12C and the three light integrating circuits 100A, 100B, 100C are installed to one base 10, and no optical fiber is used for the assembling of these components. |
