PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disperse and reduce in size movement of solid particle drawing and to print paste with small oozing by providing a plurality of grooves slightly smaller than a diameter of globular particles on a peripheral part of a pattern pore in a masking surface of a printing mask in contact with a material to be printed. SOLUTION: In a stencil printing for transferring a viscous material in a pattern shape corresponding to pattern pores to a surface of a material to be printed, a plurality of grooves 111 of a width slightly smaller than a diameter of globular particles are provided on a peripheral part of the pattern pores on a mask surface of a printing mask 100 mounted on a material to be printed. According to this, when the mask 100 starts to release, liquid components of the gaps tend to gather to each other, but are divided to narrow parts of the gaps between protrusion part surface of the material to be printed at the side edges of the grooves and gathered. Therefore, energy at the time of gathering is diminished, and the moving distance of the parts is shortened, and hence the mask is released without drawing solid particles. |
