PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical device sent through a catheter in a blood vessel so as to move, or penetrate and remove an obstruction found in a meandering blood vessel structure. SOLUTION: This obstruction treatment device is equipped with a core element and a cage assembly. The core element has a far end and a near end, and is fitted at least with a rotatable wire led through the cage assembly, rotatably formed for the cage assembly and adjusted so as not to be detached from the cage assembly. In addition, the cage assembly has a far end and a near end, and has ultra-resilient alloy blade substantially coaxial with a core member. The cage assembly is coaxial with the core member, and has the first arrangement shape as well as the second expanded shape. The second expanded shape is different from the first arrangement shape, and the far end of the cage assembly is rotatably connected to the rotatable core wire. |
