PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vehicle from being automatically locked while a person exists in it by setting the automatic lock mode, judging that the person gets out of the vehicle after its travel with an algorithm judging means, and giving a locking instruction to a locking device at the prescribed time after the judgment. SOLUTION: This keyless entry system has an automatic lock function giving an unlocking instruction signal based on the remote control from a portable transmitter 11, releasing a vehicle door, and locking it after the release. The automatic lock mode is set by an automatic lock mode switching means 53 based on the instruction of an operator. If an algorithm judging means 55 judges that a person gets out of a vehicle after its travel, a lock/unlock control means 52 instructs locking to a locking device 22 when the prescribed time elapses after the judgment based on the timing signal from a timer 56. The vehicle is automatically locked after the person gets out of the vehicle, and the vehicle can be prevented from being automatically locked while the person exists in it. |
