PIPE LINING MATERIAL AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe lining material realizing the uniform and strong bond of a plastic film to prevent the generation of burst. SOLUTION: A multilayered composite film (plastic film 3) is thermally welded to the outer surface of the surface layer 2a of a tubular resin absorbing material 2 obtained by laminating a low m.p. surface layer 2a having air permeability to the outer peripheral surface of a high m.p. nonwoven fabric 2-2 and the resin absorbing material 2 is impregnated with a curable resin to constitute a pipe lining material 1. Since the low m.p. surface layer 2a is laminated to the outer peripheral surface of a nonwoven fabric 2-1 constituting the resin absorbing material 2 in the pipe lining material 1 and the multilayered composite film 3 is thermally welded to the outer surface of the surface layer 2a, the multilayered composite film 3 can be uniformly and strongly bonded to the outer surface of the resin absorbing material and the burst of the pipe lining material can be certainly prevented.
