<p>The support member holds a cooking utensil and is used in conjunction with a stove of the type having a cylindrical body containing fuel and an opening in the upper wall thereof from which fuel passes to a locus of combustion or from which heat from combusted fuel emanates. The support member is tubular and has an annular ridge formed on its inner surface. The distance between the ridge and one edge of the support is less than the distance between the ridge and the other edge. The support member has a number of apertures formed on its wall. The apertures are of such size and location as to allow gases generated during combustion to escape to the atmosphere from within the support member and fresh air from the atmosphere to enter the support member.</p> |
