The recycling device has a turning driven drum (1), lying flat, as a container to receive and condition the residue. The drum can be emptied by a pump. It has several ribs, webs (6) or similar inside it parallel to its longitudinal axis. The drum may have a filling funnel (4) at one endface. One drum endface may have a turning suction tube (5), projecting into the interior of the drum, passed through it. The drum may be supported on the floor by rollers, and may be rotated by a motor.
