A LAMINATED STRUCTURE OF A FLAT INSULATOR BODY, A METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION AND EQUIPMENT FOR ITS PROCESSING

The 3-D textile (3) consists of two flat textile units (5, 6) situated against each other and sewn with transverse threads (10). The textile (3) is impregnated with resin and then inserted between two layers (16, 17) thus forming a laminated structure (1). This laminated structure is inserted between two pressing dies (25, 26) in a hot platen press which is sealed in order to secure homogeneous impregnation of distributed resin. Layers (16, 17) are reversed to a controlled distance in a range not exceeding the natural elasticity of the 3-D textile, i.e. the preceding position of the textile. Marginal layers of the structure (1) undergo the process of hot polymerisation while the threads being impregnated with resin remains in plastic state. Lower pressing die (25) is released in the level of its position and both pressing dies (25, 26) are receded from each other to the second position. The threads of the 3-D textile are stretched and both pressing dies are positioned above each other. The floating dies (25, 26) are locked. The pressing dies are receded, during the next phase, to ahead terminated distance to allow the threads to be fully stretched. The presser (28) remains in a given position as long as the resin polymerisation is completed and the whole structure is hardened. The above described device commences the production of the laminated structure.
