PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a space for installation of air-mixing door and to effectively radiate heat from a heater core to cold water in a maximum cooling condition, in a water valveless type n air-conditioning device for a vehicle, in which hot water circulates always through a heater core through the operation of an engine side water pump, and in which that the heater core is vertically arranged. SOLUTION: A heater core 13 is vertically arranged in an air-conditioning device casing 11 so that a heat-exchanging part for conditioning air is vertically extended, and air-mixing doors 16, 19 are arranged downstream of the air inflow surface of a heater core 13 in the direction of the air-stream, and further, the heater core 13 is inclined toward the upstream side in the direction of the air stream, from the vertical direction by a predetermined angleθ1 . A hood-like guide 33 is projected obliquely downward from the air inlet side part of the upper part of the heater core 13.
