PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a durable lithographic printing plate needing no additional processing or wiping at the time of forming the printing plate by composing the printing plate of an ink receptor base body and a film layer containing a polymer having a specified general structure and formed on the base body. SOLUTION: This printing plate is composed the ink receptor base body and the film layer containing the polymer represented by the general structure -H-S- (in which S is a silicon segment having a molecular weight of >4000 and occupying 50-98weight% of the polymer; and H is a segment derived from a non-silicone polymer and having a physical combination power with a coated film) and formed on the base body. An image can be formed by directly exposing this lithographic printing plate to laser beams. For example, this printing plate is composed of a surface layer 100 comprising copolymer of the soft silicone segment (S) combined with the hard segment (H), and the substrate 106.
