PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a data transmission speed of a radio terminal through a control channel to communicate control information and to conduct data communication at a transmission speed possible to communicate with both transmission reception terminals through a data channel with respect to the radio terminals having plural transmission speeds in a system. SOLUTION: By providing a high speed transmission FH radio part 2302, a low speed transmission FH radio part 2303 and changeover devices 2301, 2304 that switch the radio parts 2302, 2303, each radio part confirms in advance a data transmission speed possible to transmit the data at the common transmission speed through a control channel. By conducting high speed data transmission through a data channel, communication is conducted at different transmission speeds in one frame, efficient data communication is conducted even when a data transmission speed of each radio terminal equipment differs. |
