<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform numerical control gentle to a machine by changing at least one of advance acceleration, retreat acceleration and retreat speed of a work machine according to a work period and material traveling speed decided by a preset work length and the material traveling speed. SOLUTION: For example, when material traveling speed is V=-2m/s and a preset work length is Lo=4.8m, acceleration is formerly set toαm=10m/s<2> in both an advance and a retreat, and retreat speed is set equal to VR=2m/s, that is, V. A speed wave form in this case is shown in a drawing A. To the contrary, for example, advanve speed is set in the same as ususl like 10m/s<2> , but retreat acceleration is set to 5m/s<2> , and restreat speed is set to VR=0.75m/s, and can be controlled in a wave form shown in a drawing B. That is, a former stopping position deciding time is shortened, and retreat acceleration and retreat speed are respectively reduced by that extent, and in retreat control, control gentle to a machine as compared with conventional one can be performed.</p> |
