PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect and dispose of waste such as used diapers through a specified route by providing additionally a function for collecting the used commodity of diapers to a container for containing and distributing the commodity of diapers. SOLUTION: A containing bag 5 made of a synthetic resin, having a sufficient size that it spreads inside a container 1 when the container is assembled and, moreover, that an upper portion of the bag 5 can be sealed when filthy matters, etc., are contained, is bonded to an inner wall face of the container 1. A packaging bag containing a plurality of paper diapers, which are commodities, or a plurality of folded cloth diapers are contained in this containing bag 5 of the synthetic resin, and the change of properties of the commodities due to moisture is prevented. After the commodities are used up, used paper diapers or used cloth diapers are contained in the empty container. A deodorant and a bactericide are put in the containing bag 5 of the synthetic resin to prevent an offensive odor from being emitted from the contents and bacterial contamination from being caused by the contents. |
