PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving gear by reducing cost whereby high position accuracy can be obtained by attaining reduction of speed fluctuation and vibration, in a speed width of a driven unit over a wide range. SOLUTION: In a driving gear driving a driven unit 22 by a motor 20, a drive system has inertia force giving means 23, 24, in accordance with a determined drive speed range, inertia force by the inertia force giving means 23, 24 is variably generated, the driven unit 22 is driven with the inertia force giving means 23, 24. In the driving gear driving the driven unit 22 by the stepping motor 20 determined with a phase by a pulse, the drive system has the inertia force giving means 23, 24, in accordance with a drive speed range determined by pulse number/sec, inertia force by the inertia force giving means 23, 24 is variably generated. |
