PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispence with use of a knife-like tool in replacement work of a window glass to safely facilitate work by using a tool such as cutting pliers. SOLUTION: In this device, a wire 5 is arranged in a sealing material 4 filled between a window glass 1 and a frame 3 for the window glass 1 along frame 1. One end of the wire 5 is somewhat protruded from the sealing material 4 at a preset position. The other end of the wire 5 is located near it. When the window glass 1 is replaced, one end of the wire 5 is gripped and pulled with cutting pliers to cut the sealing material 4. The need to cut the sealing material 4 with a knife is therefore eliminated, resulting in safe and easy work. |
