PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a fractional force between a stationary fixed member and a moving body and to control the drive accurately be providing a fractional force adjusting member for adjusting a fractional force between a moving body and a stationary fixed member linked with the moving body by a friction. SOLUTION: A centering member 8 provided at a moving body 3 is fixed near a base end portion (side A) of a frictional force adjusting portion 13 at a leg portion 10 of a moving body 3, by which the opened leg portions 10 of a moving body 3 is made wider and the deflection of the leg portion 10 increases. Therefore, a frictional force of a sliding portion 11 touching the inner surface of a fixed member 4 increases. On the contrary, if the centering member 8 is moved close to a tip side (side B) of the fractional force adjusting portion 13 and fixed, then the opening of the leg portions 10 is made smaller, and the deflection of the leg portions 10 decrease, so that the frictional force of the sliding portion 11 touching the inner surface of the fixed member 4 decrease. In this way, the deflection of the legs 10 is restricted by the centering member 8 provided at the moving body 3, and the frictional force of the sliding portion 11 touching the inner surface of the fixed member 4 can be adjusted. |
