The present invention provides a water-soluble gallate fluorescent material with excellent luminous characteristics, and a process to manufacture color-TRC utilizing same aforementioned material. Process improves luminous efficiency and color reproducing region, and increases sharpness due to electron point decrease from current reduction by electron beams in luminance in same fluorescent screen when introducing electrophotographic dry-screening process without utilizing water.
