A compound represented by the general formula: (see formula) (wherein R1 represents a C1-4 alkyl group which may be substituted with halogen; R2 and R3 represent Hor a C2-25 aliphatic acyl group; X represents OH, halogen or a RaO-group (Ra is a C2-25 aliphatic acyl group); y represents a NH2 or RbRcN-O- group (Rb and Rc are H or a C1-4 alkyl group): and Z represents O or S, provided that when Y is an amino group, a compound in which X is OH or a RaO-group, R1 is a C1-4 alkyl group and Z is O is excluded(, a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof and a carboxylic acid ester thereof.
